This original has been collected and will never be reproduced. Yasin can create a completely new work from your own photographs, with the same hand-fractured technique.
Lifetime artist care
If the work is damaged in normal use in the years after delivery, Yasin repairs it in person, wherever it hangs. Only travel and accommodation are paid by the collector; natural disasters such as fire or flood, and deliberate damage, are not covered.
Care & display
Laminated safety glass holds together even when cracked, so the work is safe to hang and handle. Hang it where a single directional light — a spot or a window — rakes across the surface; the fractures change as you move.
About the work
Each controlled fracture captures not perfection, but presence.
A custom broken glass portrait handcrafted by Yasin Uca from the client’s own photographs, on laminated safety glass. This one-of-one artwork transforms a personal portrait into a surface charged with emotion, tension and permanent presence.
It exists as a single original, created exclusively for its collector. Framed in a black 6063 aluminium frame, 80 × 75 cm.
