This policy explains what personal data Cracasso L.L.C. (“Cracasso”, “we”) collects through cracasso.com, why, and what rights you have. Questions: info@cracasso.com.
What we collect
- Requests and messages — when you request an artwork, start a commission or contact us, we receive your name, email address and message, and — if you provide them — your phone or WhatsApp number, country, budget, preferred date and reference photos.
- Collectors list — if you join, we store your email address and the date of your consent.
- Technical data — our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer you, prepare a design proposal and fixed price, process an order, arrange delivery and — if you joined the collectors list — tell you about new works. Our legal bases are your request (steps before a contract and the contract itself), your consent (collectors list) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Photos you send
Reference photos are used only to design your commission. They are never published or shared without your explicit permission. If no order follows, they are deleted 12 months after our last contact — or sooner, on request.
Payments
No payment is taken on this website. Payments are made by bank transfer through Wise or, on request, through Etsy’s checkout. Each processes the payment under its own privacy policy.
Who receives your data
Your data is not sold. It is processed by our website host (Hostinger), our email provider and, for deliveries, the shipping carrier and customs authorities that need your name and address. If you allow statistics and advertising cookies, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity) also process data about how you use the site. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services process the conversation under their own terms.
International transfers
Cracasso L.L.C. is registered in the United States, the studio that answers requests and makes the works is in Turkey, and the website is hosted by Hostinger. Your data may therefore be processed in these countries. We share it only with the services listed above and only as far as needed for the purposes described here.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your colour-mode choice (light or dark) and your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage, and the language plugin may set a technical cookie to remember your language.
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages visited, clicks and scrolling, with anything typed into forms masked — and the Google Ads tag to measure our advertising. You can accept or decline in the banner shown on your first visit and change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
Messages and requests that do not lead to an order are deleted 12 months after our last contact. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can leave the collectors list at any time with the link in every email or by writing to us.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@cracasso.com. If you live in the EU, UK or Turkey, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
